1. Start from your EntityKeeper homepage
2. Click on your Account Name
This is located in the top right corner of your account
3. Click on Settings
4. Click on Add a User
5. Fill in the New User's information and select their Role Type
6. Select "Billing Contact"
This will allow the individual to be assigned as a Billing Contact for all Corporate Services.
7. Click on Save to create the Billing Contact
8. Your new user will now be created in Billing Contacts in your Account
9. Automatically Users are Defaulted to "Invoice" Payment Method
10. Click the Pencil to Assign Entities to a Billing Contact
Doing this will simplify the Corporate Service Checkout because the Billing Contact will default to the assigned entity.
11. Assign a Billing Address to the Billing Contact
This Billing Address will appear on the Invoice
12. To Change Billing Method Click the Plus Button
13. Users can now add a US bank account for ACH Payment Method
14. Or Users Can add a Credit Card as a Payment Method
15. Users will now see Billing Contacts during the checkout process for Corporate Services
16. Simply select the services needed
17. Click on Add to cart
18. Click on + Add Entity
19. Select the Entity for Services
20. Click on Go To Jurisdictions
21. Select the Jurisdiction for Services
22. Click on Go to Billing Contacts
23. Select the Billing Contact
Note, that Billing Contacts that were assigned to that entity will be defaulted as the Billing Contact, but the User can change this in the dropdown.
24. Select new Billing Contact, if needed
25. Click on Save
26. Click on Buy
27. The Billing View Toggle will allow the user to see the order separate by Billing Contact
28. View the Cart by: Billing Contact
29. Click on Proceed to checkout
30. Your Order was placed, and now you can see it in the "My Orders" section
31. Filter by Billing Contact in the dropdown
