Any user with "Master Control" permissions is able to add users to the account
How many users can I have?
EntityKeeper allows you to have UNLIMITED users without increasing the cost of your subscription.
Can I configure user permissions?
Yes, a user with Master Control can set user permissions (Role, General Permissions, Entities Permissions, Entities Accessible by User, and Personnel Accessible by User).
What are the types of user roles?
- View Only > Can only view; no access to sensitive info.
- View Only Plus > Can only view; has access to sensitive info.
- Standard Access > Can add and edit; no access to sensitive info.
- Standard Access Plus > Can add and edit; has access to sensitive info.
- Advanced Access > Can add, edit, and delete; no access to sensitive info.
- Advanced Access Plus > Can add, edit, and delete, and imports; has access to sensitive info.
- Master Control > Full control over all settings and features.
Who can view sensitive entity information?
All users with "Master Control" or an assigned role with "Plus" in the title (see section above) can view sensitive entity information.
Can I segment which entities are accessible by certain users?
Enterprise and Platinum subscriptions allow you to control which entities are accessible by users in your account. Under user permissions, this section is called, "Entities Accessible by User".
Can I segment which personnel are accessible by certain users?
Enterprise and Platinum subscriptions allow you to control which personnel are accessible by users in your account. Under user permissions, this section is called, "Personnel Accessible by User".
