Note: Custom Fields are available for Corporate, Enterprise, and Platinum subscriptions.
At EntityKeeper, we know that every organization has unique needs when it comes to managing entities. With custom fields, you can capture and centralize additional data points that matter most to your operations. Custom fields help strengthen data protection and data hygiene, ensuring your records remain accurate and organized.
To create a custom field, simply:
- Click your name in the top right corner and then click "Accounts".
- Locate the desired account (if you have more than one) and click the "Settings" button.
- Scroll down to the Custom Fields section and click the plus icon.
- Enter the name of the Custom Field (e.g., DBA / Trade Name), select the field type (e.g., Entity or Persona). and click "Save".
- Congratulations! You've successfully created a Custom Field. To rearrange the order in which Custom Fields appear in the platform, simply click, hold, and drag the left button shown below. You can also edit a Custom Field by clicking the gear icon or delete it by clicking the trashcan icon.
