EntityKeeper enables you to build and manage capitalization tables across your entities, regardless of how many stock classes are available. To add a stock/unit type to an entity's capitalization table, simply:
- Go to the Entities tab and click the desired entity's name.
- On the entity overview page, click the Stock/Unit Type tab as noted below.
- Click the plus icon to the right of "Stock/Unit Type".
- A modal window will appear prompting you to enter required information. It's important to note that you have the option to include (or not include) in ownership percentages for org charts and reports. Once you're finished, click Save.
- You just created your new stock/unit type! If at any point you want to edit shares, simply click the pencil icon (on top inside the red box). If you wish to add shares, click the plus icon (on bottom inside the red box.
