Advanced Documents provides a centralized hub for storing and managing essential entity files. It is important to note that any user with access to a specific entity in your account will also have access to all its associated documents. However, accounts with a Platinum Subscription can control visibility and access to Advanced Documents. If you do not have a Platinum Subscription, you can create a notification system to help ensure you monitor any changes to sensitive documents.
Configure User Permissions (Platinum Subscription)

Create Notification System
Navigate to Advanced Documents, locate the desired folder or file, and click the three-dot icon to the far right.
Click Subscribe to be be notified of any activity related to the folder or file. You may reverse this at any time by navigating back to the same menu and clicking Unsubscribe.
