EntityKeeper Corporate Services is the one-stop solution that enables you to automate your filings and services, ensuring ongoing compliance across all your entities.
Please follow the steps below to order corporate services for one entity. If you need additional help, please email corporateservices@entitykeeper.com.
- Click the “Entities” tab on the main navigation bar.
- Locate the desired entity and click its name.
- Click the “Corporate Services” tab on the entity navigation bar.
- Click the “Purchase a Service” button.
- Once redirected to the Corporate Services catalog, locate the desired service by using the search bar or exploring the different categories.
- Once you identify the desired service, simply click the “Select” button (you can order multiple services by repeating Step 5).
- Click the “Add to cart” button. Within your cart, you can see all the services for the entity and their respective jurisdictions. If something is incorrect, simply click “Edit” or “Remove.”
- Click the “Buy” button after you have verified everything in your cart is correct.
- On the summary page, you have the option to select “Renewal” and/or “Expedited.”
- [Optional] Ticking the renewal box for annual reports allows you to completely automate the yearly services for that entity, so you can set it and forget it.
- Click the checkboxes if you agree to the disclaimers and then click the “Proceed to payment” button.
- Choose to pay by card or from an account using ACH.
- Proceed by entering the necessary payment details to complete your purchase. A confirmation email will be sent to you and the EntityKeeper Corporate Services team.
