• Benefit: Faster audits and troubleshooting—quickly see what happened, when, and by whom to speed issue resolution.
• How to use: From an order details page, open Logs/Activity to scan events, filter key actions, and spot anomalies.

Service Add‑On Status Visibility

• What’s new: Clearer status indicators show which service add‑ons are active, pending/in progress, or completed for each entity or order.
• Benefit: Improves operational clarity and follow‑through—know exactly what’s requested and what’s fulfilled.
• How to use: Open an entity or order, go to Service Add‑Ons, and review the status badges to understand current state at a glance.

Multi‑Select Jurisdictions for New Order Items

• What’s new: Select multiple jurisdictions at once when adding a new order item—no more repetitive single‑selection.
• Benefit: Cuts manual entry, lowers errors on complex orders, and speeds multi‑region setups.
• How to use: When creating/editing an order item, open Jurisdictions and choose all applicable locations via the new multi‑select, then save.

Master Formatting for Org Chart

• What’s new: Global formatting controls for org charts to standardize fonts, colors, and box layouts across the entire chart.
• Benefit: Consistent, presentation‑ready charts without manually restyling each node—ideal for leadership reviews and client materials.
• How to use: Open any org chart and apply styles from the master/global formatting settings; changes cascade to applicable nodes.

Bug Fixes

Hidden and Removed Records:

What was happening (symptoms): Hidden or removed records sometimes produced 404 errors for Master Control/admin users; entity affiliation still showed a relationship for records that were no longer active; and some views showed mismatched Personnel IDs when inactive and active records coexisted.

What we changed: Updated relationship/affiliation handling to reliably use unique, canonical IDs instead of name or display matching. This prevents stale or incorrect affiliations from lingering after records are hidden/removed and improves consistency when both inactive and active versions exist.

User impact: Master Control/admins can consistently find and open remaining records without unexpected 404s; affiliations now point to the correct person; and duplicate or confusing relationships are reduced.

How to verify: Hide or remove a record, then confirm an admin can still locate and open the expected record. Check that affiliations resolve to the correct Personnel ID and that no 404 occurs when the record should be accessible.
