Summary
This release (26.5) strengthens everyday productivity and data reliability across the platform. Teams can now update multiple notification statuses in a single action, reducing repetitive clicks and helping work move forward faster. Business Hub gains flexible configuration for the Type field, so you can tailor categories to match how your team plans and reports work. We also resolved a critical edge case where 0% member allocations failed to save, ensuring capacity data stays accurate and trustworthy for planning, forecasting, and audits.
New Features
- Mass-update notification statuses in one action so teams can quickly triage, reduce noise, and keep work moving.
- Extend Business Hub’s Type dropdown with custom options to match your team’s terminology and reporting needs.
Improvements
- Streamlined workflows in Notification Center: apply a single status change to multiple notifications at once to cut repetitive clicks and clear queues faster.
- Greater configuration flexibility in Business Hub: add custom options to the Type dropdown so teams can align categories with their planning and reporting.
- Improved usability and consistency across status updates and categorization, helping reduce manual work and errors in day‑to‑day operations.
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where allocations set to 0% were not saved correctly.
- Impact: Some teams saw temporary gaps or unexpected carryover in capacity planning when a member’s allocation was intentionally set to zero (for example, during onboarding, leave, or bench time).
- What’s changed: The allocation service now treats 0% as a valid saved state and preserves it across edits and page refreshes.
- Benefit: Capacity data stays accurate for planning, forecasting, and audit trails—even when a contributor is temporarily unallocated.
