Summary

This release (26.2) focuses on giving operations and people teams faster control over organizational data while tightening reliability in the Entity workspace and personnel records. The release introduces bulk selection in the Org Chart to accelerate common actions across many people at once, plus configurable custom fields in Business Hub so teams can model their unique workflows without waiting on engineering changes.

Alongside these additions, we refined core navigation in the Entity tab. New filtering options let users quickly narrow large datasets by status or organization type, reducing noise and improving review speed. We also addressed a long‑standing issue affecting Egon personnel files to restore predictable loading and display behavior.

Together, these updates streamline day‑to‑day management tasks, lower time‑to-action for admins and analysts, and improve data accuracy across downstream processes.

New Features

Business Hub: Custom Fields
Add configurable custom fields to Business Hub so teams can capture the exact attributes they track (e.g., customer tier, lifecycle stage, internal owner). This turns key context into structured, reportable data and makes filtering and segmentation more effective across entities.

Org Chart: Mass Select
Select multiple people at once in the Org Chart and apply bulk actions in a single workflow. This speeds up common updates (like reassigning managers or changing statuses), reduces errors, and makes the Org Chart a practical operational tool for large-scale changes.

Improvements

We refined Entity tab filtering to make review faster and results more trustworthy: the status filter now returns consistent, scoped results and the organization type filter reliably matches the intended categories. We also improved record stability by resolving a personnel file display/loading issue, reducing interruptions during profile reviews.
