Summary
This release (26.1) introduces the new Licensing Tracker (Business Hub) to improve visibility into licensing activity, strengthens account security for SSO users created via JIT by addressing a password reset/login gap, and fixes critical issues blocking order charging in Admin and incorrect billing contacts in the NetSuite integration.
New Features
Licensing Tracker (Business Hub)
This release introduces the Licensing Tracker (Business Hub), a new capability designed to give better visibility into licensing activity.
- Provides a central place to view and track license usage and changes over time.
- Helps internal teams quickly understand current licensing status, reducing manual checks and spreadsheet tracking.
- Supports more accurate forecasting and decision-making around license allocations and renewals.
Improvements
Account security for SSO + JIT users
- Previously, users created via Just-In-Time (JIT) provisioning with SSO could use the “forgot password” flow to create a non‑MFA login, effectively bypassing multi-factor authentication.
- This gap has been closed, so JIT-created SSO users can no longer weaken their security posture via the password reset flow.
- Result: more consistent enforcement of MFA and a stronger overall security model for SSO accounts.
Bug Fixes
Admin order charging issue
- There was a bug in the Admin system that stopped some orders from being successfully charged.
- This meant charges could fail silently or require manual follow‑up, slowing down order processing.
- The issue has been fixed, so orders can now be charged as expected in Admin, reducing failed payments and manual rework.
NetSuite billing contact mismatch
- The NetSuite integration was syncing the wrong billing contact for some records.
- This could lead to invoices or billing communications going to the wrong person and cause reporting inconsistencies.
- The sync logic has been corrected so that the correct billing contact is now used in NetSuite, improving billing accuracy and reducing cleanup work.
