Custom Entity Access allows administrators to grant users access to view specific entities. This allows an added level of security and privacy within the account's organization.
How to assign Custom Entity Access permissions:
- Click the Profile drop-down in the top right corner
- Select 'Accounts'
- On this page, you will see an 'edit' icon next to your account name -Click this icon (located in the middle of the page)
- Next to Users, click the (+) plus button to add a user
- Add the new user's email, first & last name, choose their permission settings and which entities they can have access to by checking the boxes
- Click "Save"
