Entity Status
A new entity Status field has been added with the following dropdown menu options to choose from:
- Active
- Inactive
- Merged
- Dissolved
- External
- Note: When marked as External and saved, all other tabs except for Entity Info are hidden from the entity view. Additionally, entities marked as External are not allocated towards your total entity count.
Date Fields
Three new date fields are available, enabling you to capture information for the following:
- Inactive Date
- Merged Date
- Dissolved Date
Full-Service
A new Full-Service field has been added, enabling you to identify which entities are utilizing the corporate service.

FinCEN Fields
Two new FinCEN fields are available, enabling you to capture information for the following:
- Is FinCEN Reporting?
- If you elect EntityKeeper to file on your behalf for the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA), this field enables you to designate which entities need to be filed through that service. Learn more about CTA services.
- FinCEN ID
- Capture your FinCEN ID, so you can simplify the filing process for the CTA.
Submit (Save) Button
The Submit (save) button has been moved from the bottom of the page to the top.
