Course Overview
So much emphasis is put on creating the perfect deal, but without the most aligned investors, it can all go sideways. The Art of Managing Investor Expectations is a 4-week course that will illustrate just how important managing investor expectations are throughout the life of a deal and will provide you with considerations and tools for how to artfully navigate each step of the process. After completing this course you’ll possess a greater understanding of why it’s important to consider the nuance and complexity of investor relations. You’ll walk away with actionable tools, refined communication skills, and a deeper appreciation for where in your own process (or in your company!) you could suggest changes to support creating a more trustworthy foundation with your investors.
Who Should Attend?
This course is introductory, and geared towards first-year CRE analysts and recent graduates of 4-year real estate, finance, or business undergraduate programs. It is also suitable for advanced CRE professionals looking to refresh their skills. The recommended prerequisite for this course is Debt and Equity Optimization.
