Can I allow certain users to view only specific entities?
Enterprise-level clients can allow users access to specific entities. This feature allows an administrator to select which users are allowed to view/edit/create particular entities. This enables more users to be able to utilize the software and reduces wasted time waiting on one individual with master access.
What is Advanced User Access?
Advanced User Access allows administrators to tailor a user's permissions to view specific entities. Follow the steps below to access these settings:
- Navigate to the Accounts page.
- Click the gear icon (Account Settings) to the right of your account name.
- Scroll down to the Users section and click the gear icon to the left of the user's name.
- A modal window will appear containing a section called "Entities Accessible by User." Select the desired entities that you want the user to view.
- Click Save.
Who can view sensitive entity information?
All users with "Master Control" or "Can See Sensitive Information" permissions can view sensitive entity information.
TIP: When adding a new user, general permissions default to provide the user with master control, and this includes permission to "See Sensitive Information" if you do not want a user to have access to view sensitive information unselect "Master Control" and "Can See Sensitive Information."

How do I invite an employee to collaborate on EntityKeeper?
As an admin user, if you click on your name in the upper right page header, you can select your actual account name (it usually has a checkmark next to it). This will bring you to the Account Information page, which has a Users section. Here you can invite additional users to your account using the plus sign (+), and assign their permission rights to perform various actions.
